does anyone have a tailgate skin on thier truck? if so, how hard was it to put on, does it just slip over and weld, and thats it? a kid around town had one put on and painted, and where the louvers are it is rusting. pictures would be nice if you have one

I have a Mar-k tailgate skin and roll pan installed. It's my third tailgate skin. The skin is glued and spot welded. The skin has the louvers open. To close them, I had a plate welded on the backside of the skin. This plate prevents water from entering and staying between the skin and tailgate. Installed is the reverse handle kit too. |
