lift swap?
My sister's boyfriend just bought a '78 3/4 ton Chevy pickup with a 6" lift that he wants to take off. Will this lift fit on my '89 Blazer?

Yup it should...
You might have to lower the t-case and lengthen the driveshafts. Be sure to lengthen the brakelines also..

Alright, first off, I had a typo in my original post, it's an '87, not an '89. Anyway, I had a couple other questions. 1) if I were to get a new lift kit, what brand would you recommend? I'm looking for something that can take a fair amount of abuse, but I'm on a college kid's budget. 2) How big a tire will I be able to run with a 6" lift? I don't want to do any body mods if I can avoid it.
