Spare factory tach, 40 bucks shipped
Hey guys!
I've got a good factory tach that has been sitting on my desk collecting dust, its a blue ringed tach, that worked when I put it on my 89 once. I'll box it up and move it along for 40 bucks US shipped, paypal is preferred, but I can take cash or money orders cashable in Canada I paid 60 for the whole dash thinking I could make a profit off it, got 20 for the fuel gauge / other gauges so I am just trying to cut even here, seeing as I have not had any luck selling it otherwise.

Russell,
Is this for a 73-87 truck or 88+ truck?? If it's for the pre87 and would match my 87 guages I'll take it. Please let me know. bob

This is a 77-80 tach However, it will physically bolt into your 87's gauge housing without any problems. The problem lies in the wiring you'd have to do. Keeping in mind that this is just the tach, nothing else, so you'd need to get an aftermarket fuel gauge to put somewhere, wire it in, and wire in the tach. This tach also have a blue ring, while your speedo likely has an orange ring, and a different font for the numbers.
If you still want it, I'll send it off as soon as I get your info, but I figured I should let you know exactly what you are getting yourself into if you are doing a conversion right away

Thanks for the info, I though it was to good to be true. I wasn't sure about the blue ring, now I know what you meant. Sorry for the trouble, but I'll pass for now.

Alright, here is a pic.
The stuff on the face is just dust, less a tiny bit of rust on the two rivets that hold the face plate on, there is nothing wrong with it. I am willing to gaurantee it's functioning for 30 days after you get it (I'll refund the full amount paid to me, + pay for return shipping on the tach) Just give the faceplate a wipe, put it in, and go
