400 small block?
Do you all think a 74 Caprice with a 400 smallblock and a 400 turbo with 69K actual is worth 650.00 dollars body and interior is fair to poor?

yes,if the motor and stuff runs good,id buy it just for the motor and trans for that price,heck 400's alone go for close to $500 here
