Four wheel disc proportioning valve
When I'm finished...I'll have a F**d 9" disc rear on my '69 GMC.
Any ideas on what proportioning valve I should use?

The valve doesn't know if its disc/disc or disc/drum. As long as its adjustable. You can get them at any after market brake supplier. try http://www.mpbrakes.com/mpfaqvalving.htm it has some valves and good info on what you may need.

Classc Performance Products carries them. I dont know that the have the adjustable ones, but they have the already adjusted for four wheel brakes. Im pretty sure, at leat in cali, that adjustable one are not DOT approved, in other words not street legal.
