Defrost door part question

Does anyone know the proper name or GM part # for the little plastic clip that connects the actuating arm to the air diverter door for the defrost? It's the little one that, when broken, won't allow the system to blow air to the windshield.

I stopped by the local dealership parts department, but they didn't know what I was talking about and the exploded assembly view he showed me didn't seem to have the clip shown.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that. I might make it to the dealership in the next day or so, I'll let you know if it's the right part or not.

Are you talking about the little piece of plastic that fits over a rectangle shaped hole and the metal rod from the inside connects to it? When mine broke I just put it back in there like it goes and put a sheetmetal screw with a big washer. It has held it in place for over a year now.

It looks like the part number that Anthony gave is the right one. I'm not sure why the guy yesterday was unable to get me the right exploded view of the heating system, the guy today pulled it up with no problem. Had to order the part in at $2.50 each CDN.

I tried to order the hinge pin as well, but it's discontinued apparently. Guess I'll have to use a nail again.
