How to install bump stops
I got new upper and lower control arm bump stops and am having a bit of trouble getting the new ones in. Is there an easy way to this or what? I would love to not have to worry about my tires hitting the inner wheel wells when I hit a good bump on the freeway. It's a bit scary to say the least.

I just put the tops ones in with a little bit of WD-40 and elbow grease as for the bottom ones I dont' have them I still need to fab up those since I took mine off.
