Early 60's front end swap?

What is the scoop for putting a coil/disc front end into a early 60's torsion bar truck? Is it basically a bolt in, or is it a big hassle? I can't decide if I should just put in a whole front clip or not. I will be adding bags.

Hey, Z16. I have a 62 that I removed the torsion bar setup and replaced it with a crossmember and suspension from a 72. It was basically a bolt in, I think I may have had to drill 1 or 2 holes on both frame rails for bolts. I welded it to the frame for good measure, but I don't think it was necessary. I have since heard from others that crossmembers and suspensions from 1/2 ton trucks up to 87 will fit as well with minor modification since they are all basically the same width.
