blazin up for the 1st time
Hey every one I joined the site last week cause I was considering buying a 4x4 blazer and converting it to a 2wd after some expert advice from the forum I decided to purchase it. It was'nt at home for 48hrs and my wife claimed it for her own givin up the rights and ownership to her 69 BB chevelle project car (Whatta Girl) under one condition: I have to finish the rig by mid august to the specs that I was gonna do for myself. wish me luck I have been on it for 5 days straight and already and I have taken out all the dents welded the gas tank doors (one on both sides and the factory in the drivers rear ) shaved the door handles and welded the side marker lights in the quarters) welded the front quarter rust spots and removed all the 4wd supension and 4 spd and transfer case. My plans are to use a 67 front end with a twist (show you when its done) along with some other unique features you may not have seen yet so wish me luck it may be a long summer. I have done a lot of custom work but this is the 1st time I have ever blazed up

Re: blazin up for the 1st time
Hey, just a little advice, some of the senior members on this forum are gonna end up not liking you if you keep this up. I'm serious. You cant just come on here and post one little teaser picture and tell us about all these cool things you've done to it, and not show us, how cruel, Post pics, and all will be forgiven.

Re: blazin up for the 1st time
Projects inspire us. We all like to see all stages of trucks. The projects are just as important as the completed trucks.

Re: blazin up for the 1st time
Man i hate to have to go to Cali (I know that sounds sick) Sat cause Im on such a roll that I dont want to stop until I get the new suspension in it and flip the rear so it will at least have a new look to it (especially for my neighbors who think that I piece of junk in my garage) But while I'm out there I'll try to find a 67 frontend for the project that will be rust free and great shape as well as any other amenities that will help.

Jeez, slow down! Your making me feel bad... I've been messing around with mine for a year and still haven't gotten as far as you have.
Good work and good luck, Rg
