Soft top install???
Has anyone put a fast track top on a blazer that had a double wall top?I'm having trouble figuring out which rail goes where And when it does look right it doesn't line up properly with the holes.Does the shorter rail go forward or to the back and do the 3 holes grouped together go forward or back?Any other tips or close up pics would be appreciated!!

Re: Soft top install???
I installed mine on my rig with a single wall top (but the tops are the same). There is one bolt that goes between the front & rear rail so it should be fairly obvious (half a hole on each of the rails - unless they have changed the design).
I don't have access to a digi cam right now, but I can see the truck from my office window so I might be able to describe it to you if you have specific questions.

Ok I'm still having a little trouble just to verify the holes are the same location I measured location for mine and from the notch the tailgate closes into forward I have holes at 5",18",31,"44,"56 3/4", 69 3/4"Does the longer rail go to the front or back this will give me a start anyway.

Re: Soft top install???
I just ran out to my truck and it looks to me like the rear is longer.

Re: Soft top install???
Most of the holes lined up for me, but I did have to drill at least one new hole on each side, maybe two, IIRC. Without looking, I do think (99% sure) the longer rail is in the rear.

Re: Soft top install???
Well its finally on and I would have taken some pics along the way but frustration with the instructions got the best of me .The final product looks good and I'll post some pics as soon as I get some but along the way I learned a few things for anyone writing instructions ...like if you call a part "part a"how about a label to distinguish it from "part b".Or if two parts look almost identicle except one is an inch shorter say the "short" one goes in slot "C" etc.I also tossed all the hardware and went and bought decent stainless bolts ,maybe I'm picky but for the money you pay for these tops I'd expect more.

Re: Soft top install???
Oh, yeah. Those instructions suck. Their illustration aren't much help either.
