lowering blocks
can someone please tell me what the dimensions of your lowering blocks are i want to machine some at work thanks brian

Are you talking about a coil spring or leaf spring rearend? If for coil springs, I used 2x2 square tubing, I believe they were something like 6 inches long. They are just as long as the trailing arm perch that is welded to the axle tube.

its a coil rear the truck it out at paint and i dont have access to it im going to machine them out of 6061 aluminium i have 2 3 and 4 inch thick looking to get them done before the truck comes back thanks for your help
is it a full 6 inches on the perch? |

I just went to measure it, it looks like it is actually 6 3/4 inches long.
Where are you at in Iowa? I go up there at least once a year for work, all over the state.
