Re: do you have a air suspension plumbing diagram
I have at least a dozen different diagrams, all use different fittings and valve placement.
I figured out today that my tank will mount in the rear of my frame, so I will run my hoses from there. I am also mounting my valves on the frame rails near the bags they work. By having all the valves near the bags, they will fill faster. I hope to get my crap started in a week or two and I will post pics then. |

Re: do you have a air suspension plumbing diagram
I just went through this this weekend. I ended up with around 40 fittings, and i'm manifolding them off the tank.
I had to use some extra fittings and stuff because the big rig shop didn't have every "optimal" fitting but it all fits together, i'll take a picture of my tank when its done, have to go get 4 more fittings because i used a plain tee instead of a street t so i have to run a nipple between the two. oh well. They're 5 mins away, i'll get a pic up later today. I would like to see some real #'s as to how much faster the bags fill with valves near the bag, not trying to dispute anyone just want to know, i'm also running 200 psi in the tank, that should push the air faster. I better get to work though... Go here...http://www.bagginit.com/TechnicalInfo#fittings scroll down to the FITTINGS DIAGRAMS, thats how i set up my valves. I just added to the "tee" for gauges.

So for easy of access, I am mounting the fill/dump valves on the frame right outside of each bag. My first design was to mount the fill valves to the tank, then the dump valves near the bags, but I didn't like the idea of the valves hanging off the tank. |

Street tee allows you to tee an existing port by threading the tee into the port which is what i had to do becuase the supplier didn't have any "crosses". Or i could have bought a brass tee with 1/8 inch gauge fitting but those are custom made by suicide doors, it makes for a cleaner setup but mine is still functional just a little bulky.

Re: do you have a air suspension plumbing diagram
No matter where you put the valves you should fly up with 1/2 in valves and line. I reduced my back to 3/8 because it was WAY to fast for me. If you were to sit on the tail gate it would blast you off. NO NEED. Unless your going to hop it. And as far as mountint the valves to the tank. Just use a black pipe nipple not brass comming out of the tank. Brass will and has cracked when used there.
