redoing dash
I have seen the billit dashes with autometer guages. They are ok but I like the stock look with autometer guages in it. I have read the FAQ and it looks pretty straight forward. Mine is a daly driver with idiot lights so I need new dash parts to work on as it will take me some time to do this and I can not use the ones in truck now.
So my question is what parts do I need? I know I need a new bezel with all the guage holes I see them for about 50.00 bucks I dont need the lenses right? But looks like I need the metal back part of dash does anyone sell them?

Re: redoing dash
Ever thought of just redoing the stock 7 gauge layout? I was trying to do something a little different than the mass of people that either do the autometer/billet bezel or the white face gauges...Not that there is anything wrong with either of those looks, I like them both, I just wanted to do something a little different.
Here are some shots of what I decided to go with: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=210521 Mike |
