pics of frame notches
im lowering my 72 8 inches in the rear and need to notch the frame correctly so if anyone has pics please post them.

bagged74, something just looks odd with your notch. from the pics, especially the first one, it looks like one side goes up, and the other goes down. was this intensional?
i've never done a notch, so disregard my ignorance, but shouldn't they look pretty much the same on each side? |

I would say 3/16. I didn't do the notch way but i would imagine that 3/16 boxed is plenty strong.
