TOTM-October 2006
This month we will try something a bit different for our Truck of the Month (TOTM) theme. It will fit into the announcement day, so this month’s TOTM is
Were You Expecting a Broom? With that in mind let check out the criteria or rules for those being nominated for an All Hallows' Eve cruiser. • Open to all years and models of Trucks, Blazers, Suburbans, Tahoes, Yukons, and Jimmys. • The truck has to be painted either: all black, all orange, or a black and orange combination. No other paint combos with black and orange are eligible this time. • It must be together and able to move on its own power. It does not have to be licensed for street use. • If a truck has won a TOTM already in the last 12 months, you are ineligible. If you were nominated but were not selected as a TOTM winner then you may be nominated and compete in this month's category. In addition, if it is a different truck than that won prior, you may also compete. To Nominate: You or someone else may nominate your truck. Just add the nomination to this thread. We will need a picture of the nominee vehicle, the owner’s board name, and the basics specs of the truck (year, engine/drive train specs). You or your nominator can provide additional info if desired. Nominees will through October 23. If additional information is needed, then I will PM the first 15 nominees to get any additional data or pictures if they haven’t already been provided. You can PM me for an e-mail address in case anyone has problems resizing them for the board. We will then put together a Poll Thread and announce it here on the General Discussion Board for the voting. The Poll will start to run on October 24 and will run till the morning of October 31. The official announcement of the winner will be on the afternoon of October 31, just in time for you to being your Halloween celebrations. The announcement of this month’s TOTM will be posted through the General Discussion Board area. So let's scare up some nominees folks!!

Re: TOTM-October 2006
Chris, the gold pinstrip is OK, as long as you leave the truck in my driveway...forever.
You are good with that.

Re: TOTM-October 2006
If you want orange, heres my 82 blazer 2wd. Everyone in my family calls it the pumkin. I was thinking of making 2 eyes, a nose, and a mouth out of black paper and putting them on the blazer, and drive it around all day on halloween.
