Hi from Texas
Just wanted to say Hi. Been lurking on the board for a few days and have already found alot of good information. I currently own a 68 Chevy C10 and a 71 GMC C10.
The 68 is my first vehicle. I bought it my junior year of high school for $1600. I have replaced little things here and there and used the truck as my daily driver through my Sophomore year of college. It still needs some work, mostly cosmetic and still has the original 307(which is getting a little tired) and 3spd. I am planning on going back to original with it as money allows. The 71, in due time, will be turned into sleek, powerful street rod. Unfortunately for it, there are two projects in front of it including the 68. Looking forward to getting some wonderful help and information from here in the future. Last edited by Moneypit; 11-14-2006 at 06:40 PM. |
