De arching rear leafs

I recently had my rear leafs dearched 3''. I also took out 2 leafs from my h.d. spring pack. Now the truck is super "JOUNCY" (jumps and bounces lol) I need a kidney belt just to drive the truck now. I had a better ,,more controlled ride with the 8-leaf h.d. pack. I thought that by removing a couple leafs that my ride would be alot better. I replaced the rear shocks with very little improvement. I did not know at the time that there may be some drawbacks in the de arching process. I am thinking about adding another leaf or 2 to try and restore my old ride. Any real world experiences???? Thanks,,,Matt
