back door ?

i was seeing how hard it would it bee to convert barn doors to a lift gate

i like it better than the doors

i found this pic on line and was looking for

i was thinking of shaving the bottom half and leaving the hatch part

If your suburban has barn doors now the rear panel where the hinges are will not have the indents that you see on your picture............you have to replace this panel..........Other than that all of the hinge mounting holes are there but are capped with plastic plugs...............You'll also need the arms for the bottom liftgate.........of course shaving it you wouildn't need to do that.............I do have a burb with a liftgate i'm parting out............Hemmit
