Big Block AC?? Compressor location?.
I just aquired an aftermarket AC system for my 72 from a friend.
It has one of the small Sanden compressors but since his truck is small block powered and mine has a big block, obviously the brackets won't work. (Not to mention. the brackets have been molested badly...) Are there any BB AC trucks out there with the Sanden style compressor? Where did ya mount the compressor? Pics would be good. Also, I'm running a long water pump and the alternator on the right side.

Vintage air supplied my brackets when I bought their system. They would probably sell you just the brackets. My BB is long pump also, comp mounted on drivers side.

Re: Big Block AC?? Compressor location?.
Thanks Olden Days!
That's looks awful close to the radiator hose. Anybody have one mounted on the right side? I don't think the hoses on this on will reach the left side.
