Pics behind seats
Does anyone have a few pictures of what mounts where behind the seats. Also, the seatbelt mounting pics would be appreciated.

Re: Pics behind seats
Pics of a stock configured interior would be great. Seat belts, little fastener things that seem to be everywhere.

Re: Pics behind seats
Thanks a lot, I still don't know what those brackets are, but at least I know how they go.

Re: Pics behind seats
The large spring is the factory jack hold down, circa 1972. The drivers seat belt bolts in one of the floor holes that you can see in the picture above. For whatever reason, it didn't retract for the driver, only the passenger.

Hmmmm, that's odd, my passenger retractor mounts to that short wall,
and from the pic's above it appears yours mounts to the rear floor area.

Re: Pics behind seats
My is a 1970 Jimmy. Everything there looked original, well as in no extra holes added.

Re: Pics behind seats
Hey guys-
My stuff is all mounted just like K-nuts. If I could find the tire iron, jack and handle, I'd stick it in place. I jack mounted back by the spare tire, and the tire iron and folding jack handle mounted in that long spring K-nuts pictured. One of these days I will find all this stuff! The drivers side seat belt is retractable but a longer plastic housing since it is on the cab floorboard instead of in the box like the passenger pic. Later---DAC
