Got one in a suburban (just put it in). The front/left post on the passenger (60%) side needs a spacer, its too short to reach the floor. I used the factory bolts, but bought some mighty big fender washers and lock nuts (nylon ring) for the under side. Put the seats in the cab, made sure the frames were in the right position (moved the seat backwards/forwards, etc., made sure they matched), marked the carpet with a red marker, smacked the spot with a punch, drilled a small hole, drilled a bigger hole and bolted them down.
I'm currently using the stock belts, but will be putting in the seatbelts that came with the seat. I bought some load spreaders from www.julianos.com for the belts in order to safely mount them to the floor. Also bought grade 8 bolts for the B pillar attachement of the shoulder belt. Have a ball, you're going to love them.
