anyone have re7 slams on 78 p.u.

I was looking to put slam re 7,s on the fr. of my p.u..They say may have clearance problems.I have spindles and bags with no cups,just a plate on lower a-arm.Anyone have an problems that I should know about or should I go to the re 6

There are no clearance issues with running a RE7 on the front of those trucks. The only thing that you need to watch out for is the bag rubbing on the lower control arm if you're not running a lower cup, and keep an eye on the bumpstop mount on the lower control arm.
