What is a 'reasonable' offer for this truck?

First, this is not my ad. I am a mildly interested potential buyer, and would like y'alls opinion of what a reasonable price range would be for this truck given the info in the ad.

http://houston.craigslist.org/car/373201635.html

I have seen this truck listed for several weeks, but the guy never puts a price tag on it. So... what's it worth??

Greg, you may already know this, but I did a search and found his previous ad. He had a 5k asking price on it the day before. If the paint is good, and no rust I would offer 3500.00.

The interior looks rough....

Even at 1500 - 2000 I dunno if that'd sell "super fast" around here

"NO LOWBALLERS"... That drives me nuts. Lowballers is exactly what you'll get when you don't offer a ballpark asking price.

Re: What is a 'reasonable' offer for this truck?

my first thought when i looked at the pics was 5,000.. with out really seeing it in person its hard to say..if it is as clean as the pictures,, i would start at 3500... and i usually dont pay that much for any car or truck..but this one looks to be in good shape...
