can i use a 350 intake on a 327

sure as long as it is not a vortec manifold. Also most 327 engines had the oil filler in the manifold, but that is not a big deal.

Vortec is the name that GM gave the engines used in 1996-2000 5.7 truck engines. The head design is different so it used a different intake manifold.

Actually any 350 87 and up will use a different manifold. Cylinder heads were different amd redesigned for even the TBI engines.
