73-87 Suspension
I picked up a 73-87 front suspension for my 67 it has 5 lug 1 1/4" rotors
and rubber inner A arm bushes, so does that mean it's a c10 unit ? I hear people talking of the 3/4 ton supension and was wondering if there is any difference. I guess I just want to make sure what i've got before I start ordering parts |

Re: 73-87 Suspension
The 3/4 ton would have 8 lugs I believe.

Re: 73-87 Suspension
my 3/4 ton has the 8 lug 1 1/4" rotors. the 5 lugs are for the 1/2 ton but i'm not sure if the PO could've put 5 lug rotors on 3/4 ton spindles and a-arms?

Re: 73-87 Suspension
they were avalible in 1" or 1 1/4", the bigger one were refferd to as the "heavy halfs", the spindle shaft is 1/4" thick, bigger bearings, and different calipers/rotors, i just changed my daily over to all heavy half and added some drop spindles too

As an example, they were listed as an option on the SPID sheet of my 82 C/K 2wd Blazer.
