Panels in pretty good shape--no tears ---some of the plastic chrome around the woodgrain is peeling----hardly noticeable) the stains are under the arm rests--and the arm rests themselves have no rips but some some staining which MAY cleanup or they are easy to refinish.$45.00 plus the ride for all. Green in color.
