will 20 inch tires fit?
I am going to order the air ride system and tublar arms and was wondering if I will have to cut out the upper front fender wells to clear them when all the air is out. The new wheels will be 20" instead of 17 inch.

Re: will 20 inch tires fit?
I like the idea of air ride and stuff but not the 20's. My 2cents even though you didn't ask that question. I have 15"s with a 4.5 drop on front and i only have about 3 inch's to top of inner fender but i am running a little bigger tire. My guess would be yes but i would say keep the 17's and bag it and ditch the 20's and put that money somewhere else in the truck.

You should be able to do it. I know 62Chevystep is running 20's. Got to see those in person.

Re: will 20 inch tires fit?

Re: will 20 inch tires fit?
I was going to go smaller until I saw one of these that we're(Wheel Pros/KMC) coming out with next year..
This is what is going on my truck: Looks even better in person. More 'edgy'. I just hope they're made in 5x5 with the right offsets. Be a shame if not. |
