Centerforce Clutch?
Has Anyone Heard Anything Good Or Bad About Centerforce Clutches And Pressureplates. Looking For Something With Nice Pedal Pressure And No Chatter. Any Suggestions Would Be Appreciated.

Re: Centerforce Clutch?
I run Dual-Frictions and have had nothing but good out of them.I`ve had them in work trucks that tow and haul bigtime, big tire/hi-power 4wds,modified diesels, etc. and they work great.Pedal pressure feels easy.

Re: Centerforce Clutch?
Centerforce, hays, ZOOM, they are all good quality clutches. I have a super Brute Force clutch in the Camaro and it is a ceramic and cintered steel clutch. It is either in or out, no slipping! I enjoy the clutch dump, and banging gears, but it way more clutch than I'd use on a daily driven under powered vehicle (It was behind a 500hp BBC)

Re: Centerforce Clutch?
I am also interested in this, as I am putting a 12" centerforce DF behind my 625hp 496bb. i really don't want to go to a ceramic style. hopefully it holds.

Re: Centerforce Clutch?
I have a centerforce II on a mild 350 and I love it. It's an 11" setup on a M21. Love stompin' on it while driving and breaking traction. Wouldn't change it for anything less.

Re: Centerforce Clutch?
I have Centerforce IIs in two of my trucks: '68 C/10 w/292 L6 -SM465, and a '71 GMC Jimmy 4x4 [K/5] w 350 V8 - NP205/SM465. Both work well. GMC running since '99 with that clutch, the C/10 since '05. Centerforce has great customer service.
