interchangeable parts???
Will a 87 burban tailgate bolt on too a 74 k5?

Nope. Look at the top of a 'burb gate and then yours on the K5. The 'burb gate isn't flat all the way across. It has curved sections at the ends to match up with the roof.

damn! I couldnt compare the two my parts truck burb is in queen creek az and I'm on camp pendleton ca, so I was trying to picture it !

Looks like as far as LMC part #'s go, the regulators aren't the same either.
