Rear bag Placement
What is the best place to mount bags on the rear with a 4-link , on top of axle , behind or in front of axle . pros and cons of each would be appreciated ?

Re: Rear bag Placement
It really depends on the bag weight carrying capacity, type, how much lift you want, etc. 2600lb bags are the most commonly used bags, which when placed over the axle are WAY too much capacity, and result in a very low pressure having to be used. If you can place the bag halfway between the trailing arm front pivot, and the rear axle mounting point, you have now put it in a 2:1 levarage ratio over the arm, giving you twice the lift, half the load capacity(now down to 2600lbs, still pleanty for most people), and have a higher pressure used, resulting in a better spring rate. Many people may disagree with me, but this is my experience.

Re: Rear bag Placement
I'd put them in front of the axle for more lift. Spec out your bags accordingly.
