My buddy has a 66 Buick Electra 225. He has just got like $10,000 and wants to do a new drive train. He says he don't mind putting a Chevy motor in it, he says he likes the GM ZZ4. I have a brand new ZZ4 on my engine stand at home, lol. Now, that Buick is a huge car, like a tank, he wants some power but not to go overboard. I was thinking maybe the GM 290HP motor, same as the one I got in my 72, runs like a champ. And the 10K is not all for motor, he wants to do a few other things too. Just seeing what you guys think, thanks!
I will sell him my ZZ4, and get the 572 720HP ![]() Wes

Re: Need help with a few things
Well, because you want to know what we think.. I think a Buick 455 would be a lot of bang for the buck. Unless he's willing to pay you 'nuff for your 350 that you could afford that 572! Then I'd talk him into going that route.
