It is paint, PPG's off brand (Omni #mae 2188 acrylic enamel) The paint is kinda glossy and looks fine as is or if you do not want it to glossy you can buy a agent to flatten the paint a little to take out some of the gloss. You will need one pint of paint, hardner and 8 oz. is the smallest size you can buy. You will also need the reducer and you can only get it in a gallon. You are looking at about 60-65 bucks in the paint. I will pm you on how to do one correctly.
