wiper delay
I have an 87 1500 my wiper cotrol is located on the turn signal lever and has only lo and high speed, my question is if i change the turn signal lever to one that has the wiper delay will my wipers delay or is it the wiper motor that i have to change? thanks

it has nothing to do with the motor..you just need the delay assembly

You will also need to swap out the mount for the lever inside the column as the one you have doesn't have the proper amount of rotating travel for the delay function.
The delay module itself is mounted to the lower section of the column and simply pugs inline in the wiring harness.

This here is the delay module at the base of the column, dunno or have photo of the lever deal ... yet ...
