Tranny mount question
Hey Guys! I was curious if tranny mount locations are similiar when comparing transmissions. For example is the 350 tranny the same length as a 4L60E? Or a 700r4? Also is a 350 motor with a turbo 350 the same length as an LS1 with a 4L60E tranny? The reason why i am asking is becuase i only have a 350/350 combo and don't have a LS1 and 4l60e tranny for mock up. I am not making my tranny mount yet but i am building the rest of the bracing on the inside of the frame and want to make sure i clear. I hope that makes sence. Thanks alot
Josh

a week where I don't check in. Anyways I googled lsx vs sbc, length, width height dimensions. I think since you are going to do the building you should research these sites to get as much info as possible before you decide on where you want your motor mounts placed. Any ways found some really good stories about Reggie's lsx camaro.
