looking for input
im in the market for some add a leafs or spring helpers in the rear of my 99 suburban. 1 thing ive been considering is air bag setup in the rear. i see firestone has a system called ride rite, they are a airbag helper system. and i also see an air helper kit made by air lift suspension. has anyone here used an air helper system, looking for some input on this as thius last weekend with my 20ft enclosed trailer and all my tools and toys had me bottomed out in the rear. im leaning toword the ride rite system as its a 5000# system as opposed to a 2000# system like the airlift.

Re: looking for input
i have a lowered 2000 gmc sierra two wheel drive. i put the air lift (slam air kit) on my truck with the compressor and gauge. i absolutely love it. it's been on my truck for about 5 years now and i have not had one single problem. i pull my car trailer ( trailer and car about 5,000 pounds ) add air right from the drivers seat and truck stays level and never bottom out. i'm very happy with their product. hope this helps
