Rear shackle question?????
Thinking about dropping my 1987 burb I have. If I use 2" shackles on the rear, looks like it might hit the fuel filler neck on the pass. side. Is there a way to get around this??? I only wanna a go 2" in the rear.

Re: Rear shackle question?????
No way around it with a drop shackle. I've had to re-rout the gas filler. A local muffler shop should be able to bend you a piece of new metal tubing to route around the shackle. Just connect it with pieces of your original hose and hose clamps. Sorry I don't have any pictures. OJOE has done some re-routing of a fuel filler hose on his crew cab project. You might contact him.

Re: Rear shackle question?????
+1. I showed mine to my muffler guy. He said no problem as long as I took all the stuff off first before I showed up so he could work on it and get it to fit in 30 min or less. But that's the cool part, he'll charge me $40 or less...
