Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
This is for my 67 Chevy swb.
Front Brackets, Bolt-In Notch, Slam RE-6 'bags, Viair 380C, 8 Asco Valves, 5 Gallon 5 Port Tank, 50' 1/2" Line. I found a place that quoted me $1023, shipping included. I upgraded to a Viair480C for $60 more, and a switchbox for $30 more. Is this a good price on this stuff? |

i think you could piece it together cheaper than that and you should def upgrade to the 480c if you do get this kit. my 380 is reallllllllllly slow and i dont play with the switches

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
Guy contacted me yesterday, with everything, including $135 for the fittings, it made it $1268 shipped.
My buddy bought his FBSS kit from FBI for $1060 shipped, with the membership. He upgraded the 380C, and was still slow, upgraded, and still came out $200 cheaper...lol. I can pay his price, upgrade like, what, $60 for the 480C, and be right at $1120. Fbi has good discounts on most, of all of their stuff which would make upgradeing better, and cheaper, not to mention the kit come with a monster notch. |

Make sure these are specific kits. Just cause they fit and the truck goes up and doesn't mean the suspension geometry and angles have been accounted for. I am not making a bias opinion and saying go with our kit but whom evers kit you do decide to go with makes sure it is correct. Cause the last thing you wanna do is bag it a 2nd or even 3rd time

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
None of that. I don't ever drive this truck, just trailered, so I don't really need shocks, or gauges, I can add them later if I feel that I need them, or I like driving the truck, I'll add them.
If you can match of beat this price, PM me. |

FBIrides.com
$1446.25 shipped, with dual Viair 480C Chrome compressors, and AVS-7 switchbox upgrade. $1218.00, for a single 480C, and AVS-7 box On a 7gal tank, would it be better to go with (2) 480C's? |

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
I would recommend going with the viair 400C's instead. MUCH fast compressor. I run a 400dual pack on my truck with a 10 gallon and it fills fast. I plan to add an EDC and another dual pack. But still. 2 is more than enough if your not switch happy.

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
Your not gonna be able to use much of that monster notch because the stock 2 link is under the frame, so your gonna have to go 4 link or new arms like ART has to actually make full use of a notch...

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
Yea, I know, and I'll have to weld in cross bars, and put the bags over the rearend.
Do you know where people are buying Spindles? I still haven't found any for my truck, and I know there is. I have only looked at 2 sites. |

Re: Is this a good deal on a bag kit?
I can match that price with a 480 and Dominator bags. What is your goal with the truck hopping or driving? LMK if I can help
