just bought it last week has a 305 dont know from what PO said "i think it came stock in it" yeah right! they put a new carter carb and did not adjust it they just advanced the timing waaaaaaay up as far as it could go..... some people man.. it is in good hands now! i have a lot of ideas for it! i would like to put a older grill on it and do the paint cream on top of cab black around and cream in the mid of truck should i stick a 350 back in it that is what is orig had in it

wow went from a 350 to a 305 that is a down grade. 305 is not a bad motor tho. Good looking truck to start out with. It looks like they took some time painting up the motor.
