Does anyone know anything about swapping vin #'s/reg on trucks?

the legal way is to go to your state police or motor vehicles and go through the process of having a state VIN issued to the vehicle. this ruins any collector value of the truck, but it is the legal way to do things.. There are other things that are done but this forum simply cannot allow people to post suggestions that are illegal. If anyoneo else wants to post a response to this it MUST be done in PM
