Anyone know if 84 4runner 6 lug the same as 85 K10 6 lug?

yes they are the same, just make sure the diameter of the hub will work

I just found out the 4runner hub is 5 1/2. Will this work.

It depends on the wheel. You will have to check the center bore of the wheel to determine if they will clear your hub.
