Identify Exhaust/intake valves
I'm doing initial timing on my 350, pulled drivers side rocker cover and watching valves open and close I forgot which is which. Manual shows valve config. for 348 and 409 don't know if 350 is the same.

Re: Identify Exhaust/intake valves
When unsure, just look at the valve in relation to the intake and exhaust manifold. The intake valves will line up with intake runners and exhaust valves will line up with exhaust manifold ports.
