I need the two clips (barrel type) that hold the trim in the holes above the tailgate handle. Used is fine or a location that I can pick these up- local Car quest only has 2 sizes and neither are the right size. Thanks!

I think manes truck parts sells them.

I use speed nuts to hold the trim in place. That way I can seal the holes with strip caulk. It makes it easier to remove the trim if needed.

If you don't have the speed nuts, I can send you two.

I have some here Jim but thanks for the offer, I was trying to get around having to work around the tailgate handle for fear of scratching the new paint

I guess this is the route that I will go however as everyone in this county looks at you like you're insane when you ask for something like these barrel clips.
