Loading Video

How can I save video from dvd to a file on my computer ? I want to upload my Chicago video so yall can see it .

go to youtube crate a account. upload it there. then when it is published, you copy and paste the link on top of the browser of the video and paste it in a thread.

If this is a standard DVD, you'll need to convert the video to a .wmv file in a 640x480 format. If you want to use youtube, they recommend converting it to wmv using the highest quality formatting options.

You can use this to do it: http://www.labdv.com/dvdx/ (or if you have nero or some other type of video processing software, that should be able to get it in a format you can use for sharing too.)

Once you have the .wmv file, you can either post it on youtube, or upload it somewhere you have plenty of file space and just link to the file.
