Frame Question - Help!
Hey guys,
I have an 82 GMC short bed 1500, and I have a question regarding the frame. Right where my catalytic converter sits the lower part of the frame is kinda offset, curved downwards as if it was made that way to acomodate the catalytic converter - my question is; should it be that way or did someone bent it?? doesn't look right, but it doesn't look like it was bent by force either... For those who have done a frame off... did you notice anything like that? |

Re: Frame Question - Help!
Really.... awesome, well at least I know it's normal, I was thinking that maybe someone yanked on it to either remove or install the cat.
Do you think it could be "fixed" by heating it up and hammering it back into a straight line.. or should it just be left alone? I just don't like the way it looks.... |
