3/4 ton deep dish wheels

anyone know were some deep dish stock 3/4 ton wheels for sale ? or which certain truck they may have came on factory.

i just pulled the stock split rims off my old 68 c 20... don't know if it's what you need but you can come pick 'em up if you want

Stop in Arkansas and you can pick up my 68 C20 Split rims if thats what your looking for. Includes 13 year old rubber. These were off 2003 Chevy 2500.

Conversion lugnuts to convert to 1/2 by 20 on the 68 C20 and keep the center covers was from lugnutking on e-bay.

Swap meets or craigslist ads are your best bet of finding them.Wide base wheels were an option through out the 67 thru 72 era. The 67-68 were 8.25" wide and had clips.The 69-72 style had bumps.The wider 9.5" rim was an aftermarket wheel made by Firestone, Goodyear or Kelsey Hayes. These wide wheels were all one piece 16.5". They are much harder to find than any mag, put if your are concerned about originality, it is worth the extra expense if you want to keep your vehicle all "date of manufacture" or "period correct".

How hard would it be to find a set of 16in. eight hole stock wheels that will take the dog dish hub caps?I've got the 16.5's and would like to go with taller rubber and keep the stock look with the hub caps.

I found a set of 16" x 8" 8 lug steelies on Craig's List for $50. Not sure what they originally came on. Stock hubcaps seemed to fit.

My first truck had the wide rear 16.5's and narrower front wheels. I had 33 x 12.50 x 16.5's on the rear, and 9.50 x 16.5 on the front (whatever that works out to be. I'm told the big wheels would fit on the front as well, but I think it would be close.

My point is, do you really need to go bigger than 33"'s on it?

following on the thread hijack, 16 inch rims can be found on trucks and vans from the mid 70's till '99 or so.

my stock splits have provisions for hub caps but i only have two caps left... the rest fell off from hauling cattle... pm me if you want the wheels
