wiring issues in my 63
hey guys i know this should probably be in the electrical faq but since you guys know these trucks better i thought this would be the best place. i need help locating the voltage regulator in my 63 with a 350 im new when it comes to electrical issues. i have a new alternator and battery and my batt. isnt charging so would the voltage regulator play a part in the recharging issue? any help would be appreciated and pics are a plus. i did the battery draw test with a continuity tester i connected between the negative post and the neg cable and the light popped with the key off.:bangh ead:

Re: wiring issues in my 63
What year is the alternator for? You know for sure if its internal or external regulator model?? The original regulator location is up front on the drivers side next to the radiator..
