Almost Done!!!
I think I'm almost ready to call it done. I've had this 72 Custom Camper for about 3 years now, and have slowly been going through it one piece at a time as $$ allows.
So it's down to just a few trim pieces and some minor squeaks and rattle issues, and then it's time to move on to the next project. What do you think? Any tips on what's left to help it look better would be much appreciated. ![]() |

Re: Almost Done!!!
Wow! Clean truck! I like it.
I don't really know what you'd improve on a truck like that. Maybe some new carpet. A new seat cover and new carpet always makes the interior pop. Give's everything a very clean, neat appearance. |

Re: Almost Done!!!
Is that the factory seat cover? (they're usually torn...) If not, where the heck did you find a blue plaid highlander cover??? Did you have it made?
Truck looks great! Love the blue/white combo ![]()

I got the Highlander fabric from SMS fabrics in Oregon, and then a local upholstery shop sewed it up with all new seat foam and vinyl, and he tied the springs together in select places so it gives great support. Came out perfect, but wasn't affordable. Not sure it was worth it, actually... |

Re: Almost Done!!!
Beautiful truck. Would look great with front bumper guards. Also, maybe paint those door latches with some Krylon Dull Aluminum. Master cylinder could use a coat of cast iron gray paint.
