Is there any special paint to be used...

....... on the rims?? I bought my 15x8 rally sport rims with chrome outers and the company left it bare in the inside of the rim to be colormatched to my truck.I'll be having smooth moon caps for the middle,But does it make a big difference on the paint? Anybody have any problems with the results similar to this?? Also I was wondering the differant prices paid per rim from you guys. So I dont get took.Thanks!!

Ideally you'd want to prep the rim by sand blasting it then have it powder coated.
If it's a new rim and is pretty well rust-free then I'd prime it and paint it with a rattle can of rust paint.
Powder coating is great and it LAST'S.But a home brew paint job is alot cheaper.
If you want the paint job to last,the metal prep. is the most important part.

Urethane paint like imron seems to stand up pretty well to rock pits, I used it on 2 of my Peterbilts which see lots of miles on crappy roads, and the fenders are always getting dinged up from underneath because nobody makes a liner for the 359 fenders. The Urethane flexes and is somewhat pliable when cured, sorta like hard rubber. It will pit, but doesn't flake like enamel does.
