71 chevy C20 Camper Special anti-sway bar fit 72 C10?
I saw a 1971 Chevrolet C20 Camper Special 2wd at the local scrap yard and was wondering if the anti-sway bar on it would go onto my 1972 Chevy Cheyenne Super and if it was different?@!?@?@ I know that there are many suggestions as to adding anti-sway bars and do not even know if my pickup has one, but I noticed that the camper special had one and was going to get it..........
Anyone be able to offer some advice... thanks much for any help Matt |

Yes, they bolt straight in place on your 1/2 ton. If you will go to the FAQ section of this board, I wrote an article outlining the whole deal a few years ago.

OK, so I looked under my pickup and I already have a sway bar, but it looks to be of the smaller variety. Would upgrading to the 1 1/4" bar be worth it?

Not in my eyes it isn't. Your factory bar should be a 1 1/16 size, the biggest ones are just 1 1/4. That's a lot of expense for not a lot of increase.

What do you think about converting 70 suburban drum brakes over to disc? Is it worth it?
