New wheel bearings clicking?
I put new wheel bearings along with rotors and seals on my 98 gmc. I packed both inner and outer bearings really well, lots of grease coming from everywhere. When I put everything back on the truck without tightening the spindle nut down everything is fine. Once I put the correct torque on the nut I get the clicking. I figured I packed them wrong so I took them out [looked great] and packed em again. Were talking a serious grease overload now, but I still get the clicking with torque. Is this something all new bearings do or do I have a problem?

Re: New wheel bearings clicking?
This is a new one to me. I have never experienced a clicking wheel bearing. Well at least not a new one.
